Tax Advisor

Pure have partnered with a global law firm who are specialist's within the media, entertainment and technology space, working with celebrity 'A-list' clients and HNWI's.

The role will include:

• undertaking detailed tax analysis
• applying tax treaties and International Tax Principles
• corporate tax structuring and re-structuring
• meeting HMRC and client deadlines
• preparing detailed analysis of tax planning and business structures to assist the team in identifying risks/opportunities
• assisting the team with detailed tax forensic work
• analysing and interpreting complex financial statements and accounting practices;
• assisting other groups across the firm as require
• drafting and completing disclosure reports for HMRC and for clients

Candidate Profile

• ACA/ACCA or CTA
• Proactive approach to work, acquiring knowledge and awareness of business activities to provide commercially focused tax support and tax assurance.
• Strong and demonstrable tax technical skills.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to make decisions dynamically and assess acceptable levels of business risks, capable of making decisions in complex environments.
• Strong communication skills.
