- Lead needs led Family Assessments and create multi agency Family Help plans for those receiving Targeted Early Help, ensuring your efforts are guided by Practice Supervisors or Team Managers.
- Deliver multi agency targeted Early Help and Child in Need plans, providing evidence based support and facilitating meetings to implement and review plans.
- Act as the Lead Practitioner for diverse families, ensuring proper escalation when needed.
- Complete assessments and reports, gathering comprehensive information, engaging with families, and recognising strengths and risks.
- Build strong relationships with children, promoting their wellbeing, and remaining their main contact.
- Contribute to various meetings such as Strategy Meetings and Child Protection Conferences.
- Document and analyse information accurately, ensuring the welfare of children.
- Develop partnerships with agencies to support families in making positive changes.
- Adhere to all legislations, policies, and guidelines, promoting inclusivity and equality within the service.
- Stay current with relevant legislation, policies, and guidance to maintain high standards of Family Help.
