Your new role
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will source and screen qualified candidates for targeted positions, proactively build and nurture a pipeline of skilled and diverse talent across Europe. Experience in recruiting for engineering or environmental consulting roles is preferred.
Our Talent Acquisition team is based across the UK, with a mix of home and office work, primarily from Birmingham. The team includes passionate colleagues from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway, all eager to welcome you. You will be part of a global, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition community, collaborating closely with colleagues worldwide.
You will play a critical role in defining and delivering creative recruiting strategies across multiple business areas and geographies within Ramboll.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers across Denmark to understand business needs and identify external talent pipeline requirements
- Using various sourcing channels (e.g., Boolean Search, social media, external databases, company websites, CRM) to develop a proactive pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates for open, recurring, and niche roles
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies and sharing ideas to identify suitable candidate profiles
- Conducting pre-screening phone interviews to assess skills, competencies, cultural fit, and potential for current and future roles
- Building relationships with potential candidates through networking, referrals, and passive recruiting techniques, including social media
- Maintaining and enhancing the company's presence in the market through external networking
About you
We support your personal and professional growth from day one. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience working in recruitment within a large international company or agency
- Experience in engineering, environmental, or management consulting (beneficial)
- Research skills and ability to interpret competitor information
- Advanced proactive outreach, candidate sourcing, and screening skills
- Fluency in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish (desirable)
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of social media, recruitment tools, and systems like LinkedIn
- Ability to meet SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives
- Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple openings under tight deadlines
