Talent Program Lead page is loaded Talent Program Leadlocations: Edinburgh Officetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R10845 Job Summary: The Talent Program Lead collaborates with business leaders, HR personnel, and employees to design, develop, and implement company-wide programs and training initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. They offer their Clearwater expertise to support the delivery of strategic HR priorities. Responsibilities: Collaborates with other HR members, business SMEs, and vendors (as needed) to enhance the employee experience and assess, develop, and implement HR programs (such as onboarding, career/role progression, performance management, permission/badging requirements, etc.). Implements HR programs that are effective, scalable, and employee-focused. Evaluates the effectiveness of HR programs. Passionate about the employee experience and personal development, actively seeking opportunities to learn more about Organizational Development, Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Enablement, and Employee Lifecycle management. Leads the execution of multiple HR programs and can also take the lead role in designing new HR programs or improving existing ones with some leadership oversight. Manages vendor relationships that HR relies on to support and deliver HR programs and platforms/tools, including setting and monitoring performance against KPIs. Possesses a high level of knowledge in specific areas required for the role within the HR domain, particularly employee development, performance management, and engagement. Viewed as the go-to person by HR and business leaders for the HR programs they lead. Effectively applies frameworks and data/analytics to their role. Required Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
