Talent Partner: End-to-End Recruitment & HR Lead

Avista is seeking a Grade V Talent Partner in Limerick to lead end-to-end recruitment and uphold high-quality people practices within a 35-hour week (Mon-Fri). Reports to the Senior HR Business Partner/HR Director; candidates must have at least 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition and hold an HR/Business/Management qualification.

This role emphasises accuracy, compliance, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
