Job Description

OTG is a UK-founded talent agency with offices in London and New York, renowned for representing 100+ talents across digital, entertainment, gaming and sport. We seek a Talent Manager to independently manage a small roster, craft strategic career plans, and drive revenue through commercial partnerships and diverse opportunities.

You will forecast revenue, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners while mentoring junior team members.
