Talent Manager: High-Volume Operations Hiring & AI

Lendable Ltd is seeking a Talent Manager to own end-to-end hiring across the Operations function, including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations. You will lead a small team of Talent Partners, partnering with hiring managers to build strong pipelines in a high-volume, always-on business area.

You'll drive repeatable processes, use data to inform decisions, and apply a tech-forward approach with AI to raise recruitment standards while adapting to volume and priorities.
