Step into the spotlight as a Talent Development Partner and be the catalyst for transformation, d Reporting to: Talent Development Manager As a Talent Development Partner, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, HR colleagues, and the Talent Acquisition team to shape and implement strategies that build, develop, and retain talent across the organisation. You will be responsible for driving our talent agenda - ensuring that we identify future capability needs, nurture leadership potential, and embed frameworks that strengthen performance and growth. Key responsibilities Support the design and delivery of a forward-looking talent development strategy aligned with organisational goals and succession planning. Lead 360 feedback programmes, manage performance cycles, and embed the core skills framework to drive growth and progression. Act as the go-to expert for talent development, influencing business planning and managing external development providers. You'll have to meet the following minimum criteria: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse range of senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and exercising influence to align interests Proven experience in project management within Talent DevelopmentWe would also like you to have the following skills:Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
