Talent Development Coordinator - Balmalcolm & Orkie (Freuchie)

Duties include:

• Assist with internal and external audits
• Delivering of training and inductions where required
• Coordinate all Inductions, Technical, HSE, MHE & Development training internally & externally
• Monitor Matrices for all training and issue details for any refresher training to all departments and schedule as required.
• Create, update and doc control Technical, MHE & Manual Handling training materials and records.
• Create & process MHE Training certificates
• Engage with Modern Apprenticeship providers and on-site apprentices

Skills required:

• Experience within the area of L&D
• Proficient in Microsoft, in particular Work and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with line managers and external training stakeholders
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

We would consider a 35 hour week on a prorated salary basis
