Talent Development & Training Coordinator

Kettle Produce Ltd in Cupar, Scotland, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to assist with audits, deliver training and inductions, and coordinate all induction, Technical, HSE, MHE and development training internally and externally. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will monitor training matrices, create and update records, and engage with Modern Apprenticeship providers and on-site apprentices. Strong communication and project management are essential.
