About the Role

In this exciting role, you'll be the driving force behind finding and hiring the best recruitment talent in Amsterdam. You'll play a key role in building our high-performing team, supporting our growth, and making a lasting impact on our company culture. Here's how you'll make a difference:

• Collaborate with Impact: Work closely with our Talent Attraction team and hiring managers to design and implement a seamless recruitment process for all internal candidates.
• Build and Nurture Talent Pipelines: Proactively connect with talented professionals, building long-term relationships and ensuring we always have a pool of future colleagues ready to join us.
• Champion Our Brand: Bring Amoria Group's unique culture to life by creating engaging employer branding campaigns across various social media platforms, in partnership with our marketing team.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional Communication: You have a natural ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a wide range of people.
• Proactive Problem Solver: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling challenges head-on.
• Experienced: You have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales (bonus points if you've worked in a similar role or you had worked for an agency before).
• Fluency: You're fluent in both Dutch or German, and English.
