We are seeking a customer centric Talent Delivery Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As the Talent Delivery Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful recruitment of intern, apprentice and graduate candidates by overseeing the entire interview, selection and offer processes.
Responsibilities- Oversee the entire interview, selection, and offer processes for intern, apprentice and graduate candidates.
- Partner with Talent Attraction to identify top tier talent and manage the recruitment lifecycle to optimize talent acquisition.
- Ensure candidates are well matched to job roles, thoroughly informed, coached, and engaged throughout the hiring journey.
- Advocate for candidates and build strong relationships to enhance the candidate experience.
- Coach and guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process, offering valuable data insights and providing constructive, timely feedback.
- Collaborate with Talent Attraction, hiring managers, and Centre of Excellence leads to ensure the hiring process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- 3+ years of significant, demonstrable experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions.
- Customer centricity: a track record of building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to fully understand motivation factors and deliver customer success.
- Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes.
- Data driven: proficiency in KPI management, pipeline management, and the ability to meet quarterly hiring targets.
- Understanding of Talent Assessment: proficiency in evaluating candidates' skills, qualifications, behaviours, and potential for success in different roles.
- Interpersonal Skills: exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Coaching Abilities: demonstrable ability to coach and guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process, offering valuable data insights and providing constructive, timely and impactful feedback.
- Results Driven: proven track record of delivering results and meeting recruitment goals within established timelines.
- Adaptability: ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
