Talent & Development Officer, Agriculture Careers & Pathways

Avara Foods Limited is seeking a Talent and Development Officer to develop talent pipelines across our Agriculture Division, supporting current and future workforce needs through proactive attraction, candidate engagement and strong sector partnerships.

The role involves travel across Agriculture sites and a Monday-Friday pattern (08:30-17:00). You will partner with HR, Resourcing and Development teams to align pathways with business priorities and drive early careers initiatives.
