Hybrid Working: Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office, rest remote

Are you a recruitment pro ready to make an impact across Corporate, IT, and Retail functions?
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract. This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing top talent and managing the recruitment process end-to-end.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Sourcing high-quality candidates across Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Strategy) - with occasional support across IT and Retail
• Coordinating interviews and managing scheduling via Connect
• Handling feedback loops and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Partnering with hiring teams to support their recruitment needs

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and process management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
• Experience in Retail, IT, or Supply Chain is a bonus - but not essential
