Talent Acquisition Resourcing Coordinator

Whitbread PLC, via Premier Inn, is seeking a Resourcing Co-ordinator to support recruitment nationwide. This field-based role coordinates interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding to deliver a smooth hiring journey.

You'll partner with hiring managers, manage multiple SLAs in a fast-paced environment, help refine recruitment processes, travel 2-3 days a week, and ensure compliance with Right To Work using Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

A proactive, organised approach is essential.
