Talent Acquisition Partner: Direct Sourcing & Senior Roles

VVB Engineering in London seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full recruitment lifecycle for senior, specialist and white collar roles. You will work with hiring managers to understand requirements, build targeted sourcing plans and lead direct recruitment through networks, LinkedIn Recruiter and campaigns.

You will headhunt, assess candidates and manage offers while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and governance on recruitment metrics.
