Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and refine recruitment strategies.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Innovate sourcing channels to attract top candidates.
- Utilize data-driven insights and the ATS (Spark/Comeet) to improve hiring decisions.
- Train and guide managers on recruitment best practices.
- Partnering and mentoring hiring managers to determine staffing needs and coordinating interviews.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, recruiting for local and global roles in the tech industry (preferably within the European and Asian markets)
- Expertise in conducting behavioral interviews.
- Experienced in building strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and able to work independently.
- Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
