As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, shaping how we attract and select exceptional talent. You'll combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery to build high-quality pipelines, influence hiring decisions, and enhance our employer brand.

You'll work closely with hiring managers, the wider HR team and colleagues across NHBC to ensure our recruitment activity supports workforce plans, diversity goals, and our cultural ambitions: agility, collaboration, empowerment, inclusion, innovation, and homeowner focus.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to senior managers, using market intelligence and data insights to guide hiring decisions.
  • Design and deliver attraction strategies to engage both active and passive talent.
  • Champion NHBC's employer brand, telling our story in a way that excites and attracts top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of roles, balancing high-volume hiring with long-term talent pipelining.
  • Explore and test new sourcing channels, tools, and assessment methods to enhance outcomes.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity meets agreed quality standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume, multi-vacancy environment.
  • Proven ability to directly source and engage passive candidates.
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience advising senior leaders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on both quality and speed of delivery.

What we offer

Our benefits package includes:

  • 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • enhanced pension scheme (up to 10.5%)
  • life assurance
  • subsidised private medical insurance
  • employee discounts platform
  • enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption leave and pay for all new parents

+ many more!
