Job Description
  • Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles from brief through offer and close
  • Partner with hiring managers to define and execute hiring plans
  • Proactively source high-demand technology talent using creative, non-traditional approaches
  • Build and maintain pipelines for niche skillsets including AR/VR, computer vision, BIM, and engineering
  • Deliver a standout candidate experience from first touch to offer
  • Use data to improve hiring performance and optimise processes
  • Provide market insight on salaries, talent trends, and hiring strategy
  • Recruit across Software Engineering, Computer Vision, BIM/VDC, and Product teams
Requirements
  • In-depth, hands-on experience recruiting within the technology sector; essential, not preferred
  • In-house recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiring
  • Experience in engineering or deep tech environments
  • Proven success filling complex or hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience sourcing globally and thinking beyond LinkedIn when needed
  • Strong stakeholder skills; ability to challenge, influence, and partner effectively
  • Familiarity with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub
