Talent Acquisition Partner - Build Diverse, High-Impact Teams

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across its Head Office functions. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to build strong talent pipelines and deliver outstanding candidate experiences, strengthening SEPHORA's employer brand and attracting top talent across corporate functions.

You'll manage sourcing across eCommerce, Digital, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Operations, shaping hiring decisions to support growth.
