About the RoleAs a Talent Officer, you'll support end to end recruitment across the Grayce Development Programmes, working closely with candidates and internal teams to help meet hiring demand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll be central to providing an excellent candidate experience, supporting interview coordination, conducting interviews, and helping maintain a strong pipeline of early career talent.
ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery
- Supporting end to end recruitment for the Grayce Development Programmes
- Conducting candidate screening and interviews
- Managing careers calendar and coordinating interviews
- Responding to candidate queries via phone and email
- Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
- Screening applicants and assessing their suitability for our programmes
- Ensuring consistent quality assurance throughout recruitment activity
Candidate & Stakeholder Engagement
- Acting as a point of contact for candidates
- Building strong relationships to understand skills, experience, and motivations
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of Grayce programmes and recruitment processes
Talent & Resource Management
- Building and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline
- Developing an understanding of the attributes that make successful Grayce analysts
- Escalating any risks around pipeline, skills or availability to Senior TAOs
- Supporting onboarding and training of new Talent team colleagues where needed
