Job Description
The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruiter-ideally from an agency background-to make the transition into an internal talent acquisition function and have real ownership of hiring across the business. You'll be the go-to person for all things recruitment at EngageTech, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high performing teams across our global offices. Given the nature of our business, you'll have a particular focus on identifying and attracting top tier sales talent-SDRs, BDMs, Account Executives, and sales leaders-across multiple regions. This role comes with genuine variety, a global remit, and the opportunity to travel to our international offices.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding, across all departments globally
  • Act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers, providing market insight, candidate pipeline updates, and a consultative approach to hiring
  • Lead on the recruitment of high calibre sales professionals, drawing on a strong understanding of what makes a great SDR, BDR, or Account Executive
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across key hiring markets, reducing time to hire and reliance on external agencies
  • Manage and optimise job advertising across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Develop and champion EngageTech's employer brand to attract top talent globally
  • Coordinate and support international hiring across regions including EMEA, APAC, and North America
  • Track recruitment metrics and report regularly on hiring activity, pipeline health
Essential
  • Proven background in a recruitment agency environment - you know how to move quickly, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and deliver results
  • Experience recruiting sales professionals (SDRs, BDRs, AEs, or similar commercial roles) is highly advantageous
  • Global recruitment experience, with the ability to hire effectively across multiple regions and time zones
  • Strong sourcing skills-you're comfortable going direct and building talent pipelines, not just reacting to inbound applications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you can influence, advise, and push back where needed
  • A self starter mentality-you're comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast paced, scaling business
  • Organised, data driven, and process oriented with an eye for continuous improvement
Desirable
  • Experience in a tech, SaaS, or sales led business
  • Familiarity with Workable ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of employment legislation across multiple regions
  • Competitive Salary
  • Bonus: Performance related bonus scheme
  • Travel: Opportunities to visit our global offices and support international hiring
  • A high growth environment where your work has a direct and visible impact
  • Autonomy to shape and build the internal recruitment function
