Talent Acquisition Lead: Build Direct Hiring in Construction

Practicus is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to build a direct recruitment capability across the UK, moving away from a heavy agency-led approach and establishing structure, processes and pipelines. You will own end-to-end recruitment and drive TA transformation.

Reporting to senior leaders, you will recruit hands-on while shaping the function, pipelines and hiring capability to support growth across sectors and projects. Five days in the office is expected.
