Job Description

Location: Mayfair

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join the Human Resources team in our Mayfair office, running and developing the recruitment activities of the Firm, ensuring that the Firm attracts, selects and hires high-quality talent, by working with recruitment partners and by building our own talent networks.

Key Accountabilities Recruitment Delivery
  • Run the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles
  • Develop the recruitment process to meet the needs of the Firm
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
  • Source candidates proactively through job boards, social media and networks
  • Manage the relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Screen CV's/applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate recruitment processes
  • Act as a primary point of contact for recruitment enquiries
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Process Management
  • Inbound and outbound post duties
  • Scanning and uploading documents to the HR System
Candidate Experience and Employer Brand
  • Promote a positive and professional candidate journey
  • Ensure a fair, transparent, and timely recruitment process is run for all roles
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities/events
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ensure processes adhere to UK employment law
Collaboration with the Talent Team
  • Work closely with the Talent Administrator to ensure interviews are booked efficiently
  • Work closely with the Talent Administrator to ensure psychometric testing is conducted for all new hires
  • Assist the Talent Manager in ensuring strategic alignment between Recruitment Processes and the Firm's strategy
  • Provide regular recruitment and labour market insights to support workforce planning and departmental reporting
  • Ensure all background screening checks are completed before new hires start at the Firm

Candidate Profile
  • Good standard of education - at least A level or equivalent
  • Previous experience of working in internal recruitment or a recruitment agency
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment
  • Previous experience of building talent pipelines and leveraging multiple platforms to source candidates
  • Previous experience of managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders
  • Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes
  • A diligent worker with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with UK employment law
  • Familiarity with FCA regulatory environment is advantageous
Contractual Hours

9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
