Division Overview

The global TA team supports all full time and contract recruitment for 16 offices, covering; Sales, Research, Technology and Business Services. The London TA team manages both internal and external recruitment for all offices within EMEA which include London, Vilnius, Dusseldorf, Dubai and Cape Town. There is also regular collaboration with our TA team in Bangalore, India.

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive in our London TA team. Reporting to the Regional TA Manager. The TA Executive is part of Euromonitor's HR team and will support the recruitment needs for all permanent recruitment for all business teams in; Sales, Research, Consultancy, Technology, and Business Services.

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Maintain and enhance employer branding through recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to hire.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate offers and negotiate employment terms where necessary.

Candidate Experience & Engagement:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Workable.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong technical ability to recruit across multiple sectors
  • Extensive experience in managing a busy recruitment desk, internal or agency
  • The flexibility to work on both evergreen and brand-new roles
  • Extensive use of an ATS system, super user status an advantage (Workable a bonus!)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication / telephone manner - demonstrated through an approachable personality, rapport building and negotiations skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise a heavy workload
  • Ability to build networks internally and externally
  • Ability to work well in a supportive, collaborative team environment as well as to work independently
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
  • IT literate - MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter, knowledge to project manage searches.
