Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Location: Leeds (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. Based in Leeds for 2 days per week, you'll play a key role in sourcing top talent across our Claims function and supporting wider business areas when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Source candidates across Claims and other business functions using job boards, social media, and networking
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing expert recruitment guidance
- Complete all administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including ATS updates, interview coordination, and offer management
- Promote employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Experience working with financial services
- Ability to quickly adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
