We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Wellbeing Manager to join our HR team at MRH Zermatt. In this central role, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and support employee wellbeing throughout their journey with our company.

Introduction
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: You will manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection, ensuring a smooth workflow and a strong talent pipeline.
- Onboarding & Employee Wellbeing: You will oversee onboarding, orientation, and integration processes while fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with management to align hiring strategies with business needs and budgets.
- HRIS Management & Analysis: Maintain accurate HR data and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
- Talent Development & Partnerships: Build relationships with educational institutions, represent the company at career events, and develop training programs.
- Leadership & Team Management: Promote a collaborative, accountable, and learning-oriented work culture.

Fluent in English, with good knowledge of German; other European languages are a plus
