Talent Acquisition & People Performance Analyst

Pemberton Asset Management in London is recruiting an Analyst, Talent Acquisition for the People & Performance team. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and lead direct recruitment, building a diverse candidate network and managing the end-to-end process from posting to onboarding.

You will screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate onboarding, and support university relations for internships and graduate programmes.
