Talent Acquisition & DEI Manager

Uniting Holding is seeking a Talent Manager to lead the organisation's talent acquisition, agency partnerships, employer branding and DEI agendas. You will work with business leaders to translate workforce plans into recruitment priorities, oversee agency partners, strengthen direct sourcing, and deliver an inclusive candidate experience.

The role requires hands-on management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement within a Pharmaceutical environment.
