You will leverage data and AI-driven techniques to identify world class technical and GTM talent. This role offers a unique viewpoint into the venture capital ecosystem, supporting category-defining software leaders.

- Conduct tactical research and talent mapping to identify and engage elite talent pools for internal and portfolio wide roles.
- Build and nurture robust talent pipelines using advanced Boolean search, AI tools, and diverse recruitment channels.
- Manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a best in class candidate experience through efficient coordination and clear communication.
- Proven experience as a talent sourcer within an agency or in house environment, ideally with exposure to both technical and GTM roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, AI, and market insights to refine complex sourcing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and intellectual curiosity, with a keen interest in venture capital and the enterprise software landscape.
