I am partnering with a world-renowned motorsport business to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly elite organisation operating at the very forefront of innovation, performance, and excellence.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the highest calibre of talent is attracted and secured.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across business functions, providing expert advice on hiring strategies.
• Utilise data and dashboards to track, analyse, and report on recruitment activity and effectiveness.
• Partner with HR colleagues to align talent acquisition with wider workforce planning.
• Drive best practice recruitment processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, thriving in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

The Ideal Candidate

I am looking for an individual with proven success in talent acquisition, ideally with experience both in-agency and in-house (this is not a first step out of agency role). You will bring:

• Strong experience in TA with the ability to deliver at pace without compromising on quality.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• A data-driven approach with proven ability to build, interpret, and present recruitment dashboards and metrics.
• Experience using Workday (advantageous).
• A resilient, proactive, and collaborative mindset - a real team player.
• The ability to thrive under pressure in a demanding, performance-driven environment.
