The National Online School are seeking a proficient IT and systems user to ensure robust data and a positive user experience of systems, data and analysis to support inform evidence-based decision making for staff and leaders.
You, the Systems and Data Technician, play a key central role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and effective system use for our unique online SEN school and therapy services. You will support the effective use of safeguarding, academic, therapy and operational platforms for all stakeholders, ensuring the integrity of the data, processes are efficient and systems integrate and work cohesively to meet operational, regulatory and strategic needs.
Based out of a central office in Wimbledon, our National Online School supports UK-based exceptional neurodiverse children and young people aged 7 to 19 who have special educational needs and disabilities typically associated with autism, social emotional and mental health needs and associated disorders. Most of them will have experienced multiple placement breakdowns and significant trauma, often resulting in emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), with significant periods out of education.
NOS and Great Minds support highly complex and vulnerable pupils, with highly differentiated and personalised holistic therapeutic education programmes developed for each pupil focusing on development milestones. Our universal, targeted and intensive therapeutic provisions allow young people to be supported with bespoke therapeutic input as well as allow consistent continuation of support in the home environment.
Essential requirements to be successful in the role are:
- Relevant experience in data, systems or business analysis, ideally contextualised within education or similar environments.
- Proven robust IT proficiency, with the ability to transfer skills across platforms and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards in maintaining data integrity.
- Confident communicator with a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data protection and safeguarding expectations.
- Proactive, resilient learner, able to problem solve and make evidence based decisions.
