About the Team and the RoleThe Workforce Information Systems team sits within the Pay & Systems Service, part of Workforce Services, supporting reliable,accurateand customer-focused services for our employees and traded customers.
As a Workforce Assistant, you will provide first line support for our core workforce systems, (iTrentand Hornbill), by responding to customer queries andmaintainingaccuratesystemrecords. Your role will support the delivery of workforce services that support ourpeoplestrategy and service offer.
What you'll be doing- Support customers through our CRM System,phoneand instant messaging.
- Analysingstraightforward issues and escape where specialist input is needed.
- Maintainaccurateworkforce system records and structures.
- Correct data quality issues and keep guidance materials up to date.
- Work collaboratively across the team andidentifyservice improvements.
- Someone who can analyseinformationand solve problems.
- A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work under pressure, meetdeadlinesand manage interruptions.
- Experience of handling manual ordigitalinformation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email.
- A positive attitude to teamwork and customer service.
experience with HR information systems, databases, office or customer-service environments.
