We are looking for multiple Systems Engineers to join a high-performing Platform Engineering team responsible for designing, operating, and evolving a global Kubernetes platform that supports critical enterprise workloads.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a rapidly growing Kubernetes estate spanning 60-70 production clusters and a similar number of development clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP, helping to shape the future of cloud infrastructure at scale.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll be responsible for building, operating, and improving large-scale Kubernetes platforms while driving automation, reliability, and operational excellence across cloud environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Kubernetes clusters at scale, including upgrades, patching, and platform lifecycle management
- Building and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and automation tooling
- Supporting cloud-native workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Developing and enhancing CI/CD and GitOps pipelines
- Driving platform reliability, observability, monitoring, and performance improvements
- Contributing to vulnerability management, automation, and operational best practices
- Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions
We're interested in engineers who combine strong infrastructure expertise with automation and cloud-native experience.
Key skills include:
- Kubernetes production experience
- Strong Linux systems engineering background
- Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Helm, FluxCD, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices
- Containers, virtualization, and networking
- Cloud-native infrastructure and load balancing
- Python, Go (preferred), or Bash scripting
- CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
