System Delivery Lead: Training, Rollout & Adoption

Kirklees Council is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Officer within Homes & Neighbourhoods Property Services to support a major system transformation. You will provide technical expertise across building maintenance services and coordinate with IT suppliers to ensure the system is delivered and embedded.

You will drive rollout, training, adoption and governance, translating updates into operational practice while working in a delivery-focused, deadline-driven environment.
