System Administrator Job Opportunity
Are you a skilled System Administrator looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in managing infrastructural systems that support essential operations.
Your Role
As a System Administrator, you'll collaborate closely with your team, acting as the key connection between departments. You'll translate user needs into technological solutions and provide expert ICT advice. You'll be part of the SCCM management team, offering 2nd and 3rd line support, ensuring seamless operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Windows environment management
- Managing MECM, including OSD, updates, application packaging & deployment
- Performing installations, configurations, backups, and updates
- Incident resolution and liaising with internal customers & suppliers
- Training employees
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
While not mandatory, experience with the following is a plus:
- Intune
- CIS Benchmarks
- Driver Automation Toolkit
- PS App Toolkit
- PowerShell scripting & automation
About the Team
The ICT Infrastructure Exploitation team is responsible for the daily operational management of all internal and external infrastructure supporting business processes. Our team consists of enthusiastic system administrators who contribute their expertise to change requests, projects (including Life Cycle Management), and technological advancements.
