Job Title: Sync Junior Manager, Licensing - Clearance

About the Role

You will work closely with external clients, the UK advertising creative team, Business Affairs, and Finance teams to ensure the smooth running and processing of sync deals for Warner artists.

Responsibilities

• Process advertising sync clearances for Warner artists across the entire roster, including negotiating, licensing, and invoicing of sync deals within the UK advertising sector.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Sync and VP of Sync EMEA.
• Collaborate with Legal and Business Affairs to deliver up to date rights information to the UK sync team.
• Work with Finance to ensure smooth and efficient payment of sync invoices.
• Monitor market trends and track business metrics to keep the team ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a sync licensing role with exposure to the UK advertising side of sync.
• Strong attention to detail, good numeracy, and the ability to manage time and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for music and media.
• Experience in sync administration is a plus.
• Desired experience: label, publisher, or music supervision company; artists or management companies; negotiating, clearing, and closing deals in the advertising space.
