Job Description
Overview

The Sync Department is responsible for the placement of the Sony catalogue across Film & TV, Advertising and Games. Working closely with all our partners across these areas, we ensure the licensing process is seamless to benefit our artists by providing creative sync and administration services.

This role will support the Sync department across all administration, creative and client requirements. From preparing paperwork to supporting creative research across Film & TV and Advertising clients. Reporting to the Film & TV manager, yet working across the entire department, this is a vital role within a faced paced environment in the sync and licensing team that will touch all manner of disciplines including finance, legal, administration and creative. This role is on a part time basis with working days from Monday - Thursday.

What you'll do
  • US unions reporting.
  • Submit International requests via the internal licensing system, Gold (Internal system) to US colleagues.
  • Manage all department ticket orders across all clients in Film & TV and Advertising.
  • E-card delivery to all external clients - weekly.
  • Manage the department's internal music library and update daily via Disco.
  • Send all instrumentals, WAVs and stems when requested across our entire client base.
  • Label updates across all sync activity - weekly.
  • Manage all external reception enquiries with regards to licensing asks.
  • Support the Licensing Manager with all finance and invoicing activities where requested.
  • Compile all slides for internal and external presentations.
  • Supporting with creative research across Film & TV.
  • Attend all internal label meetings.
