Sydney Fitness Manager: Visa Path, Bonus & Club Membership

Love Recruitment International seeks a Fitness Manager for a premium Sydney club. Open to UK candidates relocating on a Working Holiday Visa, with eventual visa sponsorship after six months. You'll lead the gym floor and PT teams, and rollout a new PT model in 2026.

The package includes AU$80k base, up to 15% annual bonus, full club membership, and ongoing training. A clear path to long-term sponsorship is offered for the right candidate.
