Job Description

Love Recruitment International is sourcing a Fitness Manager for a premium Sydney club. The role leads the gym and Personal Training teams, overseeing recruitment, coaching, and a new PT model launching in 2026.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in UK fitness management, Level 3 PT with plans to convert to Cert IV in Fitness, plus First Aid/CPR and a WWCC. Eligible for a Working Holiday Visa to start with the prospect of sponsorship after six months.
