Love Recruitment International is assisting a premium health, racquets and lifestyle club operator in Sydney to appoint a Fitness Manager. You will lead the gym floor and Personal Training teams, drive a new PT model launching in 2026, and report to the General Manager.

Open to UK candidates relocating on a Working Holiday Visa, with six months to prove yourself and a pathway to sponsorship. AU$80k base, up to 15% annual bonus, full club membership and ongoing training.
