About This Role

We are looking for extraordinary people to become part of the Water Babies family and inspire our next generation of swimmers. You do not need prior experience - training will be provided at every turn. This is a demanding position, but you will receive a rewarding experience and support from a strong, collaborative team.

Training

Success in this role depends on completing our teacher training program. The program includes an 8 day residential course in Devon led by senior tutors, an online learning package, and a schedule of mentored and assessed practical teaching with your local Water Babies team.
