Up to £29,327.97 pro rata, depending on experience, plus benefits and up to £3,000 per annum commission based on performance (non-contractual)

As a Swim Manager at our Wandsworth FWC, you should have an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or be an experienced manager with a track record of delivering commercial targets. You should be passionate about helping multiple generations learn to swim, possess strong team working skills, and have an infectious enthusiasm that inspires your colleagues.

About the Role

• Ensure clients, whether beginners or experienced swimmers, enjoy their time at our pool by providing passionate and enthusiastic service.
• Report directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager as part of the Management Team.
• Take full responsibility for swim class programming, including management, governance, and active selling of the services in the swim classes timetable.
• Drive continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.
• Act as a role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.
