Swim Instructor (Bank)

Swim Instructor - Crawley FWC Pool Bank Part Time Up to £19.10 per hour (depending on experience) plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
• Deliver one to one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Have a talent for teaching that meets people's individual needs.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ASA Level2 or Swim England Level2 qualification.
• Good people skills and a love for all things swimming.
• Ability to work on a bank basis with ad hoc hours.
• Experience with the Swim England framework for lessons.
