Sustainability Researcher - Part-Time, 12-Month FTC (Farming)

Riverford Organic Farmers is seeking a Sustainability Researcher for maternity cover in a part-time 24-hour, 12-month FTC role. The successful candidate will lead research on sustainable farming, packaging, and related operational sustainability topics across Farm, Supply Chain, and Technical teams.

Candidates will hold an MSc in sustainability or a related field, with experience in field trials and strong communication skills.
