What does this role involve:

• Engage with shareholders to structure fair acquisition deals.
• Assess business asset values and negotiate offers.
• Source and evaluate farms and commercial land.
• Build relationships with landowners and manage acquisition processes.
• Design tailored exit strategies for business owners.
• Provide expert advice and support throughout the transition process.
