Job Description
Title, Team and Role Summary 
Title: Surveying Executive
Team: Surveying Team - Manchester
Reports to: Surveying Projects and Reporting Coordinator
Role Summary: The Surveying Executive will support the Surveying team with administrative and surveying duties on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities- Read leases and documents
- Assist in the preparation of service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Answer tenant correspondence and queries
- Ensure property management systems are up to date
- Conduct site inspections regarding specific works or issues
- Attend occupier meetings
- Write reports and maintain document control
- Ensure insurance inspection work is completed (particularly when passed to occupiers)
- Authorise site works in collaboration with the surveyor
- Arrange compliance with void insurance obligations
- Maintain control of void properties and manage invoices sent to the client
- Handle client and tenant requests for information
- Perform general administrative duties, updating databases and spreadsheets
- Monitor statutory and internal compliance, including MAPP policies, RICS and ISO standards, statutory timelines and escalation requirements

Experience: 1+ year in a similar role
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday
Salary: £32,000 to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
