Responsibilities

Provide support to the Building Surveyors and ensure claim files are kept up to date with claims progressing in appropriate timeframes. Set up new claims in the claims management system, review notes/diaries, process payments, review or create letters and reports, and arrange appointments on behalf of the Building Surveyors.

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Computer literacy - using a variety of in house databases.
  • Experience in the loss adjusting, claims handling, or surveying fields.
Skills to be Developed
  • All Sedgwick specific training needed to thrive in this role.
