Surf Coach Progression: Trainer & Assessor

Surfing England is seeking a Trainer Assessor for the upcoming Surf Coach: Progression award, aimed at certified teachers. You will ensure candidates achieve the competencies required for certification, deliver engaging theory courses, and provide feedback and support throughout the training process.

The ideal candidate has several seasons of surf coaching experience and a passion for developing people. This role involves classroom-based learning as well as practical assessments.
