Surety Graduate Programme: Launch Your Global Career

Howden Group Services Limited is launching a Surety graduate programme in London starting September 2027. You'll join a permanent role and undertake a structured 18 month development programme with exposure to finance, legal agreements, risk assessment and relationship management.

You'll learn through a structured induction, work with clients and underwriters on placing surety bonds, and build strong internal and external relationships while developing commercial and technical capabilities.
